Wine storage fails quietly. The display still reads 55 and the collection is still cold, but the unit is swinging several degrees a day or has lost humidity control. We diagnose against the temperature curve, not the setpoint.

Before you book
Find the model and serial number if you can — on refrigeration it's usually on the interior side wall or behind the lower grille, on ranges behind the storage drawer, on dishwashers along the tub edge inside the door. A photo of that plate lets us bring the right part to the first visit instead of the second.

Do I need to move the bottles out before service?
Usually not. Most repairs happen at the compressor deck or behind the rear panel. If a repair requires the racks out, we'll tell you before we start and give you time to move the collection.
Do you carry parts on the truck?
For common failures on the platforms we service daily, yes — fans, thermistors, igniters, seals and pumps. Control boards and sealed-system components are ordered against your model and serial number.
How is wine cooler & cellar repair priced?
The diagnostic is $95, waived when you approve the repair. Repairs are quoted in writing as parts plus labor before we start, and carry 90 days on parts and labor.
